About

I’m a photographer and printmaker working with black-and-white film and chemical processes — the original means of photographic expression. My cameras are elegantly simple artifacts of 20th century industrial design and I just like using them.

My gelatin silver prints have appeared in the Japanese magazine Natural Glow (no longer in print) and in Shutterbug. Today, I’m active in the Handmade Photo Group at Photoworks in Glen Echo, Maryland where I specialize in platinum-palladium printing. My work was in the recent exhibition Timeless 2025.
